Reading the chart
A size is two measurements: the band (around the ribcage under the bust) and the cup (the difference between the bust measurement and the band). US 34C, EU 75C and UK 34C describe the same bra. The systems only diverge above D, where the US switches to DD and DDD while Europe continues E, F, G.
